1. Eligibility

Because all content is machine-generated from inception and no human performers are involved, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to this service.

You may not use the service to create content involving real, identifiable people, non-consensual scenarios involving real persons, or any illegal content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Content Policy.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Optional paid subscriptions and credit packs are billed through third-party payment providers. Purchases are processed under the terms of the respective provider. Where the law requires, you may withdraw from a purchase within the statutory cooling-off period unless the digital content has already been consumed with your consent.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent or offensive; you use it at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

7. Operator

The service is operated by Renbark LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States). Legal correspondence is accepted through the company's registered-agent address on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
