Fraud Mitigation Policy

1. Purpose and scope
This policy describes the controls Zayka (Renbark LLC, Wyoming) applies to detect, prevent and respond to fraud: account takeover, automated abuse of free allowances, referral and bonus abuse, payment fraud through our payment providers, and refund abuse. It incorporates our obligations under applicable payment-network rules and anti-money-laundering and sanctions law.
2. Accounts and automation
Free allowances are enforced per account with server-side quotas, rate limits and automation signals. Creating accounts to farm free credits, registering bots or self-referring is prohibited: such accounts may be suspended, grants voided and balances derived from abuse forfeited. Credential-stuffing and takeover attempts are blocked, and affected legitimate users are notified.
3. Payments
Payments run through third-party providers (cryptocurrency via NOWPayments; card processors where enabled). Crypto payments are irreversible by nature; refund claims are investigated under our Refund Policy rather than reversed at the rail. Where a processor flags a transaction as fraudulent, we act on that finding: the purchased plan or credits may be voided and the account suspended pending review.
4. Referral and bonus integrity
Referral rewards are capped per referrer and tied to genuinely distinct accounts; we verify email addresses and may require additional verification where signals indicate collusion or self-referral. Daily bonus streaks and promotional grants are audited against the credit ledger; abusive patterns lead to forfeiture of the abused grants.
5. Response and appeals
Suspected fraud may result in suspension of the account and related accounts, forfeiture of credits and balances derived from abuse, and — where legally required — reporting to the payment provider or authorities. A legitimate user affected by a fraud control can always appeal through our Complaint Handling Policy. Sanctions and AML screening are applied to the extent applicable to our business.
