2. What to include
A valid notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the exact URL or description of the material on our service; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent; your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our review
We review notices and remove or disable access to identified material where appropriate. Because all content on this service is generated by artificial intelligence and we do not host user-uploaded media libraries, many notices are resolved as content-policy matters; they are still processed under this procedure.
4. Counter-notification
If material you generated was removed following a notice, you may submit a counter-notification with the same completeness requirements. Upon a valid counter-notification we may restore the material in accordance with applicable law.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts that are subject to repeated valid takedown notices may be terminated.
